Salon Policies
- We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a 30 % cancelation fee. 24 Hours + notice allows us time to possibly fill the appointment spot. No shows incur a 50% fee.
- Deposits must be paid to book the following services: Extensions, Some Custom Color Services, or any other lengthy service or services that require a lot of supplies to complete. Deposits are non-refundable in the event that the appointment is cancelled and not rebooked. New clients may also be requested to pay deposits. Existing clients with a no-show or cancellation history will also be required to pay deposits for any booking.
- Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals of 15 minutes or more, will need rescheduling and will incur a late cancelation fee.
- We love children, but please be sure that your child is attended to at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of your child/children, yourself, other clients, and our staff.
- As long as proper care/ after care took place, rework can be done on your same services if you are unhappy at no additional charge. Contact must take place within 7 days from when the service/s were completed. This does not include coming in for one look and then deciding on something completely different.
- Customer information in our files are used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.
- Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.
- The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or get your temperature tested.
- Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please schedule a complimentary in-salon consultation.
- Most Salon Consultations are required to be in person in order for the true health and look of your current hair and/ or skin to be evaluated. This helps us give you accurate information and pricing. The less unexpected issues, the more productive and enjoyable your salon visit will be.
